Our Human Resource managers are fully integrated in our Caribbean organization and do not form a separate department. This modern policy guarantees flexibility when it comes to new developments in the community and our capability to react on them. The relation between organization and environment are continually changing processes, reflecting in the Human Resource policy and goals of Janssen de Jong Caribbean.
The conditions we are offering our employees are amongst the best through out the Netherlands Antilles. We offer two different types of employment contracts and among others an excellent pension plan. We offer local employees a free health insurance. A special accident insurance is also part of our general conditions next to that we give high priority to training facilities.
